Refund policy

We want you to love everything you order from us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. 

You may return unused products within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund to your original form of payment. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 

If your order arrives damaged, we’re happy to accept a return outside of the standard terms. The item will still need to be shipped back in its current condition, even if damaged. Please fill out our Contact form with details or call us at (541)-608-0564. 

Please note that we’re unable to accept returns on Gift sets, Gift cards, Recharge cards, Sale items, Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans, Coffee, and Stickers or Decals. 

We accept returns only; exchanges are not available at this time. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we are unable to accept Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
